Information you give us

We collect the details you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, business type, revenue range, and messages. We use these details to deliver requested resources, respond to inquiries, qualify requests, arrange calls, and follow up about relevant VERA services. You can ask us to stop marketing follow-up at any time.

Website activity

Our hosting and website providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring website, and visit timestamps. We use this information to operate and secure the site and understand interest in our services.

Cookies, advertising, and retargeting

Our site and embedded services use cookies, scripts, and similar technologies. With your marketing-cookie permission, we use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and successful form submissions, understand which campaigns work, and show relevant follow-up ads to previous visitors. When enabled, advertising partners may receive device identifiers and website activity and process them under their own privacy policies.

Use the Privacy choices button to accept or decline optional marketing tracking. We honor your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal for these tags. Declining does not prevent access to training or booking. We do not include form answers, revenue ranges, or free-text messages in Meta Pixel event parameters. You can also restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings and manage personalized-ad preferences through the platforms where you see our ads. These choices may affect embedded forms or other site features. Contact us if you want to opt out of our marketing or ask about the tracking tools used on this site.

Service providers and AI tools

We share information with providers that help us host the website, manage forms and bookings, deliver resources, maintain our CRM, and communicate with you. Our forms and calendar use HighLevel and LeadConnector. If you use an AI feature, the text you submit may be sent to Anthropic to generate a response. Please do not submit confidential client information or sensitive personal details to these features.

We do not sell contact lists for money. Sharing identifiers or activity with advertising partners can be treated as a sale or sharing under some privacy laws, even when no money changes hands. This policy does not replace any consent or opt-out requirements that apply to a particular tracking setup.

Retention and your choices

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide requested services, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to stop marketing communications. We may need to verify your request and retain records that we are required to keep.
